Shipping policy

Welcome to Woodora! Since our products are custom-made and personalized specifically for your unique requests, our fulfillment process involves two main stages: Processing Time and Shipping Time.

1. Processing Time (Production Time)
Because each item is crafted, engraved, or printed individually, please allow 3 to 5 business days for our team to design and produce your order before it is shipped out.

2. Shipping & Delivery Estimates
We proudly offer shipping to the United States and major international destinations. Once your order has been crafted and packaged, the estimated shipping times are as follows:
- United States: 7 to 14 business days.
- International: 10 to 20 business days (depending on the destination country).

Please note: These timeframes are estimates. Delivery times may vary slightly due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or customs processing.

3. Tracking Your Order
Once your package is dispatched, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to follow its journey. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier's system.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Woodora is not responsible for any customs duties, fees, or import taxes applied to your order upon arrival in the destination country. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer.

5. Wrong Address Disclaimer
It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. If you notice a mistake in your address, please contact us immediately at woodora.store@gmail.com within 12 hours of placing your order. We cannot change the shipping address or issue a refund once the package has been shipped.
