  • All products are made-to-order to ensure the highest quality.

  • Processing Time: 5 to 7 business days (Monday - Saturday).

  • This includes photo review, high-definition printing, assembly, and quality control.

2. Shipping & Delivery Time

  • Once crafted, your order is shipped via international air freight.

  • Estimated Shipping Time: 10 to 20 business days (depending on your country and customs clearance).

  • A Tracking Number will be emailed to you within 24 hours of shipment so you can monitor your package online.

3. Customs and Duties

  • Customers are responsible for any local customs fees, import duties, or taxes applied by your destination country.

4. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • Your satisfaction is our priority. If your item arrives damaged during transit, please email photos of the damage and packaging to woodora.store@gmail.com.

  • We will gladly send you a brand-new replacement completely free of charge.
