Refund Policy

At Woodora Store (woodorastore.com), all items are custom-made and personalized. Therefore, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for a change of mind.

1. Free Replacement or Full Refund

We will happily send a brand-new replacement or issue a full refund if your item arrives in any of the following conditions:

  • Damaged or broken during transit.

  • Defective printing (wrong images, wrong colors, or incorrect layout).

  • Wrong item received (wrong product, design, or size).

2. Non-Refundable Cases

We cannot offer refunds or replacements if:

  • You provided an incorrect or incomplete shipping address.

  • You uploaded a low-resolution, dark, or blurry photo (we print exactly what you upload).

  • You request a cancellation after production has started (more than 24 hours after order placement).

3. How to File a Claim

Please do not mail the item back. Within 14 days of delivery, simply email us at woodora.store@gmail.com with:

  1. Your Order Number.

  2. Clear photos or a video of the damaged/incorrect item and the shipping label.

Once approved, we will process your replacement or refund immediately. Refunds take 5 to 10 business days to reflect on your bank statement.
