1. What is your processing and shipping time?

Processing Time: 5 to 7 business days. Every order is custom-crafted, assembled, and quality-checked at our workshop.

Shipping Time: 10 to 20 business days via international air freight, depending on your country and local customs clearance.
2. Can I change or cancel my order?

Since our products are highly personalized and made-to-order, you can only request changes or cancellations within 24 hours of placing your order. After 24 hours, production begins, and we cannot cancel or modify it.
3. What if my order arrives damaged or broken?

Your satisfaction is our priority! If your product arrives damaged during transit, please do not worry. Email us at woodora.store@gmail.com with your Order Number and clear photos of the damage. We will happily send you a brand-new replacement completely free of charge.
4. How can I track my package?

Within 24 hours after your order leaves our workshop, a Tracking Number and link will be automatically sent to your email. You can use it to monitor your package online 24/7.
5. Will I have to pay customs duties or taxes?

Customers are responsible for any local customs fees, import duties, or taxes applied by your destination country upon arrival.
6. What kind of photo should I upload?

For the best printing result, please upload high-resolution, clear, and well-lit photos. Avoid blurry, pixelated, or extremely dark images, as we print exactly what you provide.
